How to pay
Payments may be made by; requesting an invoice, bank transfer, IBAN (to our bank account) or online. For bank details please email [email protected] .
Payment terms
Payment must be received by Prime Dispute prior to starting any training, development and event or within 14 days of the booking confirmation/ invoice date, whichever is the sooner. Should you require an invoice prior to payment please email us. Candidates who fail a module and seek to retake that same module will need to submit a new fee.
Cancellation, amendments and transfer policy (Including residential, non-residential and In-house).
Transfers: non-residential
Requests to transfer to an alternative training, development or event date received 30 or more days before the date of commencement will be free for the first request but further requests will be subject to a £60 administration fee per transaction. Requests to transfer received 15-30 days before the start of the training, development or event will be subject to a transfer fee of 15 per cent of the total fees.
Requests to transfer received 0-14 days before the start of the training, development or event will be subject to a transfer fee of 25 per cent of the total fees.
Transfers: residential
Requests to transfer to an alternative training, development or event date received 40 or more days before the date of commencement will be free for the first request but further requests will be subject to a £60 administration fee per transaction. Requests to transfer to an alternative training, development or event date received 26-39 days before the start of the date will be subject to a transfer fee of 15 per cent
of the course fees. Requests to transfer received 0-25 days before the start of the training, development or event will be subject to a transfer fee of 25 per cent.
Cancellations: non-residential
There is no charge for cancellations received 60 or more days before the start of the training, development or event.
Cancellations received 30-59 days before the start of the training, development or event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25 per cent of the total fees.
Cancellations received 15-29 days before the start of the training, development or event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the total fees.
Cancellations received 0-14 days before the start of the training, development or event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the total fees.
If the candidate fails to attend the training, development or event, the full fees will be payable. If the candidate has previously transferred from an alternative training, development or event date and then subsequently cancels from the new date then the cancellation fee charged will revert to the balance of those applicable at the time of the original transfer.
Cancellations: residential
There is no charge for cancellations received 45 or more days before the start of the training, development or event.
Cancellations received 31-44 days before the start of the training, development or event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25 per cent of the total fees.
Cancellations received 15-30 days before the start of the training, development or event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the total fees.
Cancellations received 0-14 days before the start of the training, development or event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the total fees.
If the participant fails to attend the training, development or event, the full fees will be payable.
If the participant has previously transferred from an alternative training, development or event date and then subsequently cancels from the new date then the cancellation fee charged will revert to the balance of those applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any training, development or event or change the venue or dates at any time without any liability for consequential or indirect loss. We will offer an alternative date, venue or training, development or event date where possible or a credit or a full refund. We will endeavour to provide as much advance notice as possible of any such change. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations outside our control; these include, but are not confined to, adverse weather conditions, major incident or industrial action. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred including, inter alia, travel charges, receiving a fail on one or more modules, or any consequential damages. If the candidate has previously transferred from an alternative training, development or event date and then subsequently cancels the new date then the cancellation fee charged will revert to the balance of those applicable at the time of the original transfer.
