Prime Dispute launches 'Construction Adjudication' training courses
Prime Dispute has launched 'Construction Adjudication' courses, a comprehensive programme in training and development. The adjudication courses will boost skills for the construction Industry and ensure the world remains at the forefront of our global mission. Prime Dispute policies and procedures are now live and designed to be transparent and in touch with the construction sector. Prime Dispute's 'Certified Educators' who are senior specialists within construction adjudication will support, lead and deliver the courses.
Prime Dispute believes both developing and emerging countries need to step up and take responsibility for investing in their own people and the construction sector. This focus will increasingly be on supporting people within the construction sector to be independent and work towards considering adjudication rather than litigation.
Prime Dispute, Global Strategy and Corporate Services Director, Yvonne Hanly said: "The construction sector is changing and it is through education, skills and training that we can make a real difference by delivering a modern world that is globally competitive and fit for the future. The importance of construction adjudication courses is to bring forward a flexible template for high quality training and development. When we educate people to resolve disputes they learn to work together; they work towards a common goal that has the potential to change the construction industry profoundly for the better. Our global vision is clear about the importance of adjudication; it will ensure not just that the construction industry and people have access to the tools, but that they carry a membership designation which supports a clear mission with integral values".
Prime Dispute, Membership, Communications & Global Dispute Resolution Services (Legal) Director, Waj Khan said: “The UK is committed to the construction sector, as it has always been to work with the global community to realise its full potential. We believe maintaining the UK’s global competitiveness relies on providing the economy and the construction sector with the tools it requires to resolve and avoid conflict/disputes. At Prime Dispute, we and our members aim to provide leadership through our global membership designations and construction adjudication courses to ensure people are equipped with the skills necessary to thrive in the construction sector.”
