This Module is aimed and available to candidates after they have successfully completed 'Module 2: Diploma in International Arbitration' or have been invited to join 'Prime Dispute's Arbitration Panels'. This course is for candidates who are seeking to gain FPD (Fellow Prime Dispute) membership designation. |
1) What is Prime Dispute Arbitration Training ?

Prime Dispute's arbitration courses provide the skills required to effectively understand and arbitrate B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Consumer) and arbitral disputes within Industry. In addition, Prime Dispute provides a supportive forum of global contacts who have the same mission and vision as Prime Dispute. 3) English Language Standards for Arbitration Training Courses Prime Dispute welcomes applications from international candidates for our Arbitration programmes. Prime Dispute's Arbitration programme is delivered in English, including all associated services relating to our courses. Candidates should, therefore, meet minimum language standards. Candidates should have achieved a standard that is, as a minimum, equivalent to the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) level 7 or a score of 94-101 in the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) system. Prime Dispute will not require any evidence of this prior to enrolment to the course. However, it is emphasised that candidates who do not have this standard of English are likely to be at a disadvantaged throughout the process. 4) What are the key features of our Arbitration training courses?
