GUIDELINES FOR MAKING A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE CONDUCT OF A PRIME DISPUTE MEMBER
These Guidelines are intended to provide support to professionals within industry, members (APD, MPD, FPD) of Prime Dispute and members of other professional organisations who may be dissatisfied with the professional conduct of a member of Prime Dispute and wish to know if they have grounds to make a complaint to Prime Dispute.

Development / All members shall develop their professional knowledge, skills and competence on a continuing basis and shall give all reasonable assistance to further the education, development, training and continuing professional development of others in a clear and transparent manner
