Prime Dispute and its members promote and enforces the highest professional qualifications and standards in conflict/dispute avoidance, management and resolution for all industry sectors. The work of Prime Dispute professionals is hugely varied and therefore needs to be supported with clear guidance and transparent guidelines.

GUIDELINES FOR MAKING A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE CONDUCT OF A PRIME DISPUTE MEMBER
These Guidelines are intended to provide support to professionals within industry, members (APD, MPD, FPD) of Prime Dispute and members of other professional organisations who may be dissatisfied with the professional conduct of a member of Prime Dispute and wish to know if they have grounds to make a complaint to Prime Dispute.

Integrity / All members (APD, MPD & FPD) shall fulfil their professional duties with integrity and support the reputation and dignity of Prime Dispute and of the profession

Competency / Members are expected to apply high standards of skill, knowledge and care in all their work

Development / All members shall develop their professional knowledge, skills and competence on a continuing basis and shall give all reasonable assistance to further the education, development, training and continuing professional development of others in a clear and transparent manner
