This document should only be completed in conjunction with the 'FORMAL APPOINTMENT PANEL APPLICATION' (FAPA2) - (unless you have been advised by the Executive at Prime Dispute).

    Please state below, those skills set where you would be recognised by the market as having a standard of competence and experience above and beyond that of the general practitioner in the subject area.

    You can now opt for one of the following:
    (a) Complete Section 1 (the new 'Use Classes' come into force on 1st September 2020).  'The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020' and/or;
    (b) complete Section 2 which is more specific.

    Please note: Parties will have the option to specify the 'Use Class Category' when they request an appointment. We therefore have no objection if you decide to complete section 1 and 2.
