Conor Kelly is a Chartered Arbitrator, Conciliator, Adjudicator and a Mediator specialising in all forms of dispute resolution, especially in the construction industry and allied professions. An architect by primary training, Conor is a non-practicing Barrister and provides Expert Witness/Evidence services relating to the construction industry and the architectural profession. Has been appointed as a third party neutral resolver or expert in excess of 130 formalised disputes. Member of the inaugural (December 2015) Minister's Panel of Adjudicators established under section 8(1) of the Construction Contracts Act 2013, to act as an Adjudicator in relation to payment disputes arising under construction contracts. Appointed as arbitrator for commercial disputes in excess of 60 times with international and domestic parties, Conor has arbitrated with applicable and/or substantive Irish and UK law. Appointments have come from the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland, the Law Society of Ireland, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Parties. Chartered Arbitrator status 2010.
