This ranges from building engineering services, tunnel projects, process plants (water/sewage), food processing, rail, mining and power generation plants. David has acted as Expert in court proceedings, independent expert instructed by solicitors, private companies, in-house lawyers and as part of the claims teams working closely with barristers and solicitors. David also acts as an Expert Determiner and Mediator. David has undertaken due diligence investigations for the acquisition of companies in the UK and Hong Kong. David has worked in the UK, Germany, Turkey, South Africa, Australia, Dubai, the Caribbean and Hong Kong.
