How will I know if I have a new certificate?
Your membership certificate will be available as soon as you become a member. It is important that you keep your email information updated with the executives of Prime Dispute.
Will I still receive a paper membership certificate?
Prime Dispute 'Business Ethics & Conflict of Interests Policy - Article 3.10 Climate Change' addresses why we are only providing digital certificates. We will issue digital certificates for memberships that include 'FPD', 'MPD', 'APD and 'Trainee'.
What do I do if I lose or delete my digital certificate?
If you lose or delete your digital certificate please email [email protected]
Will Prime Dispute produce a digital copy of my “Panels” & "Educator" certificate, or certificates for the purposes of award?
Yes, Prime Dispute will produce; 'Panel', 'Certified Educator' and 'Award' certificates digitally and email these directly to the individuals.
My digital certificate looks different to the older paper versions – why is this?
We’ve taken the opportunity to update the design of our certificates and have not attempted to copy the original designs.
How soon after achieving my Qualification will I be able to receive my Qualification and/or Membership certificates?
Your digital certificate will be available within 48 hours of your qualification achievement or membership.
I gained my membership designation before 1 January 2021, will I receive a certificate?
All individuals who are entitled to the certificate should have received their copy. If you have not received your certificate please email [email protected]
Is there a fee associated with the membership certificate?
Fellow (FPD) Certificate - No
Certified Educator - No
Panels - No
Member (MPD) Certificate - Yes, £25, please email [email protected]
Associate (APD) Certificate - Yes, £25, please email [email protected]
Trainee Certificate - Yes, £25, please email [email protected]
Awards - No
Please note: All certificates remain the property of Prime Dispute. This certificate and all copies or reproductions of the certificate shall be returned to Prime Dispute or destroyed if requested.
