Giovanni Di Folco is the President and Senior Partner of Techno Engineering & Associates Group, an international consulting engineering firm specialising in Integrated Contract Management, Claims and Dispute Avoidance and Resolution internationally. He is a civil engineer with more than 30 years’ experience of managing multi-disciplinary civil engineering projects around the world, including Italy, Iran, Libya, South Africa, the Kingdom of Lesotho, the Sultanate of Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Greece, Turkey, Norway, Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Latin America and Romania.  Giovanni Di Folco is a civil engineer and a FIDIC Accredited Adjudicator and an Expert in project and contract management, contract administration, claims preparation and defence. He has gained extensive experience in both international arbitration and adjudication work whilst acting as Adjudicator, DAB or Counsel for a wide variety of clients. In particular, he has represented international clients and been involved in more than one hundred international dispute adjudication procedures and in more than 30 international arbitrations conducted under the ICC Rules relating to disputes under the FIDIC Red, Yellow and Silver Books.
