Henk Louw is a practicing advocate of the Rivonia Group of Advocates in Sandton, Republic of South Africa. He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 1990 and as an Advocate of the High Court of the Kingdom of Lesotho. His practice comprises general commercial arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and litigation with a focus insurance matters, liquidation matters, contractual disputes, delictual disputes, the petroleum industry, commercial crime, and revenue related matters. Henk appeared in various, tribunal’s and forums in France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region-People's Republic of China, Singapore and Reunion. His court appearances over more than 25 years include the High Courts, the Supreme Court of Appeal of both the Republic of South Africa and the Kingdom of Lesotho.
