Kieran Morgan is a Senior Construction, Projects and Disputes Lawyer with 15 years’ PQE in legal private practice and in-house /consultancy. Kieran has practised in top tier law firms in Belfast and Newcastle /London, managing a varied caseload of £multi-million construction disputes, professional indemnity claims and commercial litigation matters, and various dispute avoidance and dispute resolution mandates in national and international Courts and Tribunals, including conciliation, mediation, adjudication and international arbitration. Kieran has also practised as In-House Counsel and Consultant managing £multi-million construction and residential /commercial development projects across the UK and Ireland, drafting full suites of construction contracts, collateral warranties, notices, certificates and variations. Kieran is an International Arbitration Counsel and Independent Arbitrator specialising in construction and energy disputes, appointed to the List of Arbitrators at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb), and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb).
