Knut Helge is a professional contracts & claims expert having more than 25 years of international experience from various international oil & gas companies. In addition, he's attained into the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Database of International Arbitrators. In particular, he is a co-author of the International Construction Contract Law 2nd Edition (2018) by Dr Lukas Klee.

Knut has extensive experience in various standard forms of contracts (LOGIC, FIDIC) as well as customised EPC contracts. Projects have been based on numerous standard and be-spoke Conditions of Contract, EPC / Split EPC / EPIC / FEED / EPCM forms. Knut also has vast knowledge of government contracting, to bid protests before the Ministry of Oil & Gas. ​
