Background information: 
Kunwar Chandresh is a Lawyer and a Neutral with a background of construction, engineering, and energy sector with an experience of approximately fourteen years. Kunwar's first degree is in Civil Engineering and he is an Ex-IES and he served in; National Building Construction Corporation (NBCC) Ltd, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd and National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Ltd, before joining Central Public Works Department (CPWD). Kunwar worked in the different type of projects ranging across Road, Tunnel, Thermal Power, Hydropower, Transmission lines, Substation, and Multi-storey buildings.

Kunwar worked in Central Public Works Department, Government of India and he was heading the Techno Legal Cell. He defended Union of India in many construction related Arbitration cases. He was also a member of Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC) and Contract Evaluation Committee(s).

Presently, Kunwar is practicing independently as an Advocate in commercial, financial, construction, infrastructure, energy, and engineering-related litigation and arbitration matters and working with Kabi & Associates, New Delhi, as Arbitration Counsel & Techno-Legal Consultant.

Kunwar has represented clients in Arbitrations. He has dealt with many disputes and arbitration cases as arbitration counsel, claim consultant, mediator and as expert evaluator dealing with issues of termination, levy of compensation, liquidated damages, concurrent delays, time and cost overrun, escalation, damages interest claims etc.​
