Leigh is a Chartered Chemical Engineer, Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager. Leigh is highly experienced in a number of industries including building and construction, process plants, mechanical and electrical systems, water and wastewater, food and beverage production and power generation. Leigh has managed large commercial teams in senior roles including that of Commercial Director, latterly managing and representing in large construction disputes. Leigh is a qualified Adjudicator and Arbitrator, and acts as an Adjudicator and claims consultant. Leigh has worked in the UK, USA, Saudi Arabia and Europe.
