Prime Dispute Mediation Clause
To have disputes resolved by 'Mediation' in accordance with 'Prime Dispute's Mediation Rules' it is suggested that the following clause is copied and pasted within contracts or agreements.
"In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or contract the case will be submitted for mediation to Prime Dispute in accordance with the extant Prime Dispute Mediation Rules. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the Mediator(s) will be appointed by Prime Dispute. The mediation will take place in [City and/or Country]* and the [English]** language shall be used in the Mediation. The parties agree to be bound by any settlement agreement reached. The Mediator(s) shall be a [Fellow]***** of Prime Dispute".

*Parties should specify the seat/location of the arbitration/mediation. If appropriate, the parties may select an alternative seat to London, England, by replacing it with the city and country of choice.
**If appropriate, replace [English] with another language.
***If appropriate, replace "[One]" with 'three' - Please note, this can only be an odd number.
**** If appropriate, the parties can delete this or amend "[England]" with another country or jurisdiction.
***** If appropriate, replace "[Fellow]" with 'Member' of Prime Dispute.
