Prime Dispute's panels consist of senior and experienced practitioners who are trained arbitrators, mediators and dispute avoidance/resolution specialists*. When a request is received for an arbitrator, mediator or dispute avoidance/resolution specialist to be appointed*, Prime Dispute makes a selection from its Panels. All individuals who are members of one of these panels have demonstrated to Prime Dispute, that they have a suitable level of experience and knowledge in their discipline.

Joining our 'Panels' is by Invitation only and priority is provided to FPD (Fellow Prime Dispute) members who have already gained fellowship. However, if you wish to join, please email us with your curriculum vitae and covering letter stating the 'Panel' which you would like to join and your specific experience for that panel.

*Prime Dispute administer the following panel: (a) Arbitration; (b) Arb-Med; (c) Adjudication; (d) Commercial Negotiation; (e) Dispute Boards; (f) Early Neutral Evaluation; (g) Emergency Arbitration; (h) Expert Witness; (i) Independent Expert; (j) Med- Arb; (k) Mediation; (l) Online Dispute Resolution;
(m) Specialist Panels.
*Conflict checks would need to be undertaken prior to the neutral being formally appointed.
*Members who have the designation 'FPD (Fellow Prime Dispute)' are not automatically entitled to join Prime Dispute's Panels.
*You must be a panel member to obtain your 'Digital Identification Panel Card'.
