DYSLEXIA AND MEDIATION
Background information:
Pierre is now a very successful Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator, specialising Employment and Community. Pierre objective is to continually promote more effective means of resolving conflicts through mediation and understanding. For Pierre the issue facing many employers and employees during conflict, is how not to be in a position to win, whiled maintaining a position of negotiation. Pierre believes you can't turn back the clock, but you can stay in control. Once you raised an official complaint through work place grievance procedures, you've inadvertently activated a conflict procedure, were both parties now must not lose.
The issues that coursed the problem now become the issue of blame, as such we now move into the language of litigation. Pierre facilitates a repositioning away from the win not lose legal language, and allows the parties to explain their position and what really will make a fair and acceptable settlement. Pierre can draw upon a wealth of employment language surrounding Race and Ethnic Relation and Dyslexia and Nero Diversity. This is vital to ensure that all parties positions are skilfully explained in confidence to the other party, achieve a settlement, that all parties can live with.
Pierre is a motivated and creative individual who believes in a seance of justice and fairness.

Who is Pierre?
Pierre is a combination of different human elements, in fact he is the quintessential dyslexic. That is to say, he is totally holistic and multi faceted. For example, is it his creative music skills within the rhythmic jazz folk style that perpetuated him to recognition within the open mic world. Or is it that he became the UK national Ultra fit champion in 2002. After incidentally running canoeing expeditions to Africa in 1999. Before he won 4 medals in the Fire Fighters world championship in Canoeing and Fencing. Or is it the fact that he served 28 years, in the London Fire Brigade as an Front Line Operational Office, and being selected into the UK International Search and Rescue Team in 1993. Not forgetting that he could not read at 16, but obtaining both an Open University degree in Sociology in 2001, and a Master in Race and Ethnic relation and discrimination law in 2003. Designed a CPD course Dyslexia within Risk Critical Occupations 2013, and working in collaboration with Achievability and Festival Of Dyslexic Culture to promote the benefits of difference not disability. Such was his intellect that Birkbeck selected him to be painted on the wall of their new library with Bierkbeckian supper greats.
