Background information: 
Robin Ratnakar David has been regularly practising in the Supreme Court for the last 29 years. He handled complex civil and commercial cases at the Supreme Court, High Courts and other tribunals. He worked extensively in the areas of company law, mining law and competition law.

As a litigation lawyer, Robin has had the opportunity to work on arbitration agreements and arbitration matters. He has worked extensively on matters connected with the Indian Arbitration Act, 1940 and the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996.
