Tim has over 30 years of experience and has been appointed as an Expert Witness and compiled Expert reports on Delay on numerous occasions. He has also compiled reports on the analysis of claims for extension(s) of time to assist in the resolution of disputes. He also has extensive experience in the preparation of construction programmes using critical path analysis techniques, resource scheduling, and programme monitoring of major construction projects, including:

He has experience and a good understanding of all the commonly used Contract Forms.
