​Trainee membership is available for individuals who fulfil one of the following:

• all professionals within industry;
• SMEs seeking to protect their businesses from potential disputes;
• individuals who have an interest in conflict/dispute avoidance, resolution and/or management;
• students and graduates who are preparing to join industry;
• individuals who support gender equality & diversity across all industry sectors, and;
• individuals who are aspiring to become an APD, MPD or FPD member.

We encourage; The Judiciary, employers, governments, entrepreneurs, schools, universities and other higher educational institution to support individuals in gaining 'Trainee' Membership.
