To have disputes resolved by 'Arbitration' in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, it is suggested that the following clause is copied and pasted within contracts or agreements.
"Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
The appointing authority shall be Prime Dispute.
The arbitration shall be administered by ____________________ (please insert 'Prime Dispute' or insert choice of institution/person or as the parties deem appropriate).
The number of arbitrators shall be _______ (please complete as appropriate - one or three).
The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be_________(please complete as appropriate).
The Place of Arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom (or choose another town and country).
The arbitrator(s) shall be a [Fellow]***** of Prime Dispute".
