- Ensure that access to learning opportunities and assessment is open to all individuals without compromising the key integrity of the membership designations;
- Ensure that content of all written information including assessment materials and educator resources are non-discriminatory and free from social and racial bias or stereotypical wording;
- Monitor promotional materials for the use of potentially discriminatory language or bias and promote positive images;
- Acknowledge and investigate all complaints, within the remit of Prime Dispute;
- Monitor on an on-going basis of all its policies to ensure that this they are achieving its objective of providing all members with equal access and fair assessment; and ensure that the monitoring data on ethnicity, gender, age and disability in relation to candidates is carried out in line with current legal requirements.

"Prime Dispute and its members are driving the force to ask the questions both of established economies and emerging markets and support industry in recognising what equality and diversity can bring in dispute avoidance/resolution. There is a greater general acceptance of equality and diversity within industry and a gradual breakdown of what were once a taboo subject, but more can be achieved in our lifetime. As we develop our corporate agendas on 'Equality and Diversity' we shall be factoring in the following factors:

- to develop mentoring training courses regarding diversity and equality for all sectors".
