1) What is Prime Dispute Mediation Training?
Prime Dispute is dedicated to promoting the concept that mediation is an effective and cost efficient way to solve disputes. This is predicated by the need of talented and focused Mediators. Prime Dispute's Mediation training courses deliver the skills required to effectively mediate B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) disputes and includes assessments for Prime Dispute Mediation Accreditation and an internationally recognised membership designation at each module. Prime Dispute mediation training provides the skills and knowledge needed in an evolving market; Prime Dispute trained mediators have the ability to conduct, advise and support parties during and after the mediation process. 2) Why choose Prime Dispute's Mediation Training? Candidates are trained in the skills needed to conduct commercial mediations and are assessed for Prime Dispute's Mediation Accreditation and membership designations. The mediation training programmes are designed in association with expert practitioners as well as a specialist teams of executives who have long experience of working within the dispute avoidance and resolution industry. Prime Dispute supports candidates through their training and, post qualification, provides access to a forum of global connections and business partners who share the same values and vision as Prime Dispute. 3) English Language Standards for Mediation Training Courses Prime Dispute welcomes applications from international candidates for our Mediation Training Courses. Prime Dispute's mediation is delivered in English and this includes all associated services relating to our courses. Candidates should, therefore, meet minimum language standards. Candidates should have achieved a standard that is, as a minimum, equivalent to the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) level 7 or a score of 94-101 in the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) system. Prime Dispute will not require any evidence of this prior to enrolment to the course. However, it is emphasised that candidates who do not have this standard of English are likely to be at a disadvantaged throughout the process. 4) What are the key features of our mediation training courses? Prime Dispute's courses are taught by experienced practitioners, and our senior fellows have both industry and dispute avoidance and resolution experience. This ensures that the courses are constantly refreshed with the latest industry thinking, ethics and good practice, and provides candidates with the opportunity to associate with people who can provide hands-on experience and insight into their specific area of dispute avoidance and resolution.
