Dr. Kabir Duggal FPD / is an attorney in Arnold and Porter’s New York office focusing on international investment arbitration, international commercial arbitration and public international law matters. Dr. Duggal’s experience includes complex disputes under numerous bilateral/multilateral investment treaties and contracts. His experience flows from his triple training in international law, common law, and civil law traditions. Specialisations are; legal, dispute resolution and international arbitration. Camilla Gambarini / is a dual qualified lawyer in Italy and England & Wales working at Withers in London. Camilla has represented individuals, companies, States and State-owned entities in international arbitrations across a range of sectors. She specialises in international arbitration (commercial and investment treaty) and public international law. |
